**Before you solicit me for art donations for your charity, please consider that this is a hobby for me and that I already sell my work far below standard market prices just to pay for itself and break ~even. I chase ceramics to improve and explore, not to make money or quit my day job. I make substantial contributions to ceramic communities, including work donations for charity sales and copious labor efforts. Picking up a business card at a craft festival without speaking to me with the sole intention of requesting a donation is just offensive at best.**
